The canvas already has a dirt and water-repellent coating. Nevertheless, it is worth it and increases the longevity of the bag to remove dirt and stains as freshly as possible. The leather should be impregnated before it is worn for the first time and at regular intervals later on. This makes it possible to maintain it over a long period of time. Stains on canvas can be gently removed using, for example, mild soap, a small sponge and lukewarm water. It is important to let the cotton fabric dry thoroughly afterwards.
