Basis of the business relationship between the customer and ANY DI.

Dear Customer, this English translation of the General Business Conditions is provided solely for your convenience. It is not binding for ANY DI. The German text is the sole authoritative version and shall prevail in the event of a dispute.

When placing your order, you will accept the following General BusinessTerms and Conditions of the website and the online shop of any-di.com (named ANY DI).

1.AREA OF APPLICATION
Products distributed through this website and the online shop are exclusively distributed to private consumers, regardless of whether they are considered natural or legal people. Any resale or distribution of ANY DI products made via this website is strictly prohibited. Accordingly, that he acts as an end user and has no intention to commercialize ANY DI products resell. 2.ORDERING CONDITIONS
ANY DI is free to accept online orders. Whether an order will be accepted, is at discretion of ANY DI. 3.DELIVERY AND SHIPPING
The shipping costs are staggered according to order volume and country of delivery. You have an overview in the area "shipping costs". 4.PRICES AND PAYMENT
The prices stated in the online shop are inclusive of the legal VAT. The ordered products remain the property of ANY DI until complete payment. After delivery to the address specified by you, the responsibility for the articles is (in particular in case of loss, theft or damage) with you.

5.AVAILABILITY
The products and prices apply as shown on this site; The products are available while stocks last. In exceptional cases, there may be errors or corrections in particular if the same product is ordered at the same time by several clients. If a product is not available after the order process, you will be notified as soon as possible by e-mail or by telephone. You will then receive the possibility of alternatively ordering another article from this site or your order to cancel. 6.EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY

The costs for the return shipment are carried by each customer himself/herself.

All items purchased in the ANY DI Online Shop can be delivered within 14 days, to the address below without giving reasons. It is important that the return is by a shipment number. Please note that returned goods must be in a state of normal use for the purposes of the examination of the goods - as would be customary in the store business for example - and must bear the original label. In case of deterioration of the goods by a further use we reserve the right to demand a compensation.

Sale:

Reduced goods are excluded from exchange and purchase price refund.

Promotions:

Products purchased as a bundle (set) must be exchanged and/or returned as a whole bundle. Individual products from a bundle are excluded from return.

Free gifts (goodies) that we send out with certain products are explicitly linked to the purchase of a certain product. In the event of a return of the product in question, the free gifts must also be returned. You must also return the free gifts that you receive exclusively from a certain purchase value if the required purchase value is not reached by a return. Otherwise you will be charged for them.

Discounts linked to a minimum order value:

7.LEGAL REFUSAL
You have the right to agree to this agreement within a period of fourteen days without giving reasons withdraw. CONSEQUENCES OF REVISION

If you revoke this contract, we will give you all the payments we receive from you but not the delivery costs, immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the date on which the notice of your revocation of this contract has been received by us.
