Senior Marketing & Brand Manager (m/f/d)

YOUR TASK – STRATEGIC. CREATIVE. RESPONSIBLE.

As an experienced manager, you will be responsible for ANY DI's entire brand and marketing strategy. You will plan and manage all activities related to branding, campaigns, communications, and content – coordinating internal and external stakeholders, monitoring KPIs, and ensuring clear positioning and sustainable growth. Operationally, you will be involved where it makes strategic sense or where momentum is needed.

TASKS

• Strategic development of the ANY DI brand and ensuring consistent brand management across all touchpoints
• Planning, coordination, and evaluation of cross-channel performance and branding campaigns (social media, Google Ads, display)
• Management and close collaboration with external agencies, freelancers and service providers (e.g. ads, content, PR)
• Initiator of advertising material and content concepts, occasional independent creation in coordination with the creative team
• Responsibility for the entire email marketing area , including the conception of new formats and performance analyses
• Interface management between e-commerce, graphics and sales to coordinate cross-channel measures
• Development and implementation of collaborations (e.g. with artists, media or influencers)
• Editorial responsibility for selected content in close coordination with the creative team
• Development and creation of POS marketing materials for B2B partners
• Planning, organization, and implementation of trade fair appearances (including coordination of stand design, communication, and follow-up)
• Central contact point for all press and media inquiries – including maintaining media contacts and coordinating with PR agencies
• Leading a small, cross-functional marketing team with a focus on development, quality assurance and goal achievement

PROFILE TRAINING

• Successfully completed studies, preferably in the field of marketing, communication or fashion & management
• At least 5 years of relevant work experience in marketing, PR or a marketing agency
• Experience in project management (e.g. organization, execution of shootings and events)
• Experience in online marketing (e.g. social media marketing, analysis tools, email marketing, e-commerce)
• Strong enthusiasm for online marketing and e-commerce, strong analytical skills and affinity for numbers
• Goal-oriented and independent work as well as quick comprehension
• Confident and impeccable spelling skills in German as well as very good written and spoken English skills
• Confident use of MS Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel), as well as Photoshop, InDesign
