The fine and velvety structure of calfskin requires particularly gentle care and cleaning. The first step should always be dry cleaning. Depending on the degree of soiling, a brush with rubber lamellae or a foam rubber block are suitable. Only use both very gently in order to protect the sensitive material. The leather should be impregnated before wearing it for the first time, as well as later at regular intervals. This enables it to be maintained over a long period of time.
